*Warranty Terms & Conditions:*

1. This warranty card is valid for 1 year.
2. To claim, the warranty card, invoice, and box must be presented.
3. If the warranty card is lost or damaged, the warranty will be considered void.
4. For products that use a battery, the battery warranty is 6 months.
5. Cables, buttons, and charging pins are not covered under warranty.
6. The company reserves the right to offer a better product with a price difference in case of unavailability of the original product.
7. There is a 1-year warranty for the mic and PCB.
8. There is no warranty for the mic receiver; if damaged, a new one must be purchased.
9. In the case of any claim, the company will provide repairs.
10. For any type of damage, the company will charge you for repairs.
11. Claims for SIM issues will only be accepted once.
12. The claim period is 15 days.
13. The warranty may be voided for the following reasons:
    - Water damage
    - Physical damage
    - Overcharging
    - Excessive scratches
